Graffiti and fly posting is definitely increasing in Oscott as a result of the Councils decision last year to with draw funding for Environmental Wardens.
The Oscott Ward Committee is looking at ways to deal with this by using its Community Chest but in the mean time to report any fly tipping or graffiti please ring 3031112
