Following a stream of complaints regarding the new rubbish collection service in parts of Oscott, Council chiefs have promised to take action.
They have pointed out that for the first few weeks teething problems are to be expected but they are now adding additional resources to the problems faced by residents to help correct many of the missed collections and to get things back on track
I will certainly be monitoring their progress in solving their teething problems in the Oscott area and will be pressing for more action to be taken until things are sorted out. The situation at the moment is certainly not good enough.
