GRIT BIN PATROL

Over the last week or two I have been out on patrol in Oscott checking that grit bins are topped up with grit. Most are well topped up but with this cold snap this could well change and I have been onto Amey asking them to make sure these bis are checked.

Grit is meant to be placed on the carriage way not on peoples garden paths  so please do not be tempted when the weather gets worse to remove grit from Council grit bins to put it on garden paths.
