It was with great sadness and shock I heard of the passing of Paul Uppal yesterday (Sunday 12th August).
Paul was one of those unsung hero's who helped behind the scenes organisations like the Oscott Elderly Residents Group.
He had also for some time been working to try and help the Oscott Housing Liaison Board re form.
He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.
I send my deepest Sympathy to all his family.
