Dog fouling is clearly on the increase again. Every street in Oscott for example seems to have more than its fair share of dog mess at the moment. With this in mind despite the cuts being made left right and centre I have arranged for the Councils Environments team to do another of their high profile anti dog fouling campaigns in Oscott. This will now happen next month.
I would like to remind dog owners that "doggy bags are quite cheap (you can get rolls of them in the pound shops for example) and you can put these in litter bins, when full.

As long as any dog mess is put in a plastic bag it can be put in a litter bin.
Lets hope everyone gets the message before (if it ever does?) the summer arrives.
