SPARE A THOUGHT FOR THOSE SLEEPING ROUGH


With all this very cold weather we have been having it may be worth thing about those with no where to sleep.

The Birmingham City Council has have long standing arrangements with the Salvation Army for sleeping provision for rough sleepers in cold weather. Our homeless outreach team, the Police, and the ambulance service, all know of the scheme and make sure nobody sleeps out in these conditions.
If you are aware of any one in this unfortunate situation the numbers below may be of help.

In addition the Council are also distributing winter warmth packs and supporting the Church Winter Night Shelter, which is offering additional provision during the winter months.
