With all this very cold weather we have been having it may be
worth thing about those with no where to sleep.
The Birmingham City Council has have long standing arrangements
with the Salvation Army for sleeping provision for rough sleepers in cold
weather. Our homeless outreach team, the Police, and the ambulance service, all
know of the scheme and make sure nobody sleeps out in these conditions.

addition the Council are also distributing winter warmth packs and supporting
