What’s Happening?
We will be resurfacing Aldridge Road from Queslett Road to College Road.

When Will This Happen?
The expected start date is during the week ending 21st March 2014. The work will last for up to 2 weeks. Amey will be working weekdays at night between 8.00pm and 6.00am hours. Amey have to work on this road at night because it would cause congestion or access problems if we closed the road during the day. We will endeavour to keep noise to a minimum but inevitably their work will cause some disruption. Please accept their sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
PLEASE CONSULT THE FREE STANDING YELLOW SIGNS THAT ARE LOCATED AT EITHER END OF YOUR ROAD, FOR SPECIFIC START DATES

THIS IS A BUSY ROAD SO PLEASE BE PREPARED TO MAKE OTHER TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS DURING THE EVENING DURING THE TIME THE WORK IS TO BE CARRIED OUT.

I have been informed some residents have not been informed about this road closure. I have informed Amey.

I have been assured again by the developers persimmons that they are still on target to open their section of Booths lane by the end of this month having missed their previous dead line.
