NATIONAL GRID TO APOLOGISE TO TEMPLETON ROAD RESIDENTS

 Following my urgent discussions with Highway Chiefs and Amey I have now received conformation (see below) that the national grid have accepted they have made a mistake regarding digging up the recently upgraded carriage ways and pavements in Templeton road and as you can from the email below an apology will be given to residents.

I have had confirmation from National Grid that they have cancelled the scheme on Templeton Road and they will be sending apology letters to the residents shortly.
We will raise the issue at the HAUC meetings to ensure that all utilities and contractors are aware of the incident so that it does not happen again.
