I have now had it conformed that if a resident in the Oscott area finds after the wheelie bin collection service has started there is a genuine difficulty in their managing to move their wheelie bins to and from to the edge of their pavement, the Salvage department after a suitable time ( following the collection and emptying of the bins start in June) will look again at the situation. Garden lay outs will be considered.
