It was really pleasing to see local residents have pulled together to re plant vandalized trees on the Aldridge Recreation ground. This morning I was out with them replacing some of the trees.
The fact this had to be done is a disgrace as is the fact 2 trees have gone missing.
The Police have assured me they will be looking into this matters and a number of residents will be trying to keep an eye on the trees.
