As I predicted some time ago the reduction in the Oscott Environmental Warden time in Oscott, Ward, due to the current Council administrations, miss guided policy changes last year, occurrences of dog fouling in the area has gone up a lot recently.
Now Following a large numbers of complaints by my self on behalf of residents about the issue, a team of Environmental Wardens will be in the Oscott area in October reminding dog owners of their responsibilities and if necessary issuing fines.
