Oscott has a number of roads with concrete carriage ways many of which are deteriorating badly and are in need of repair/ resurfacing.
This year following years of campaigning by various residents and Councillors Dunedin Road was resurfaced.
This was great news but for me this has only been the start. I have no intention of forgetting roads like
Templeton Road, Southgate Road, Felstone Road, Eliston Avenue,Weybourne Road, Thornbridge Road, Regine Avenue, Glenmead Road, Meadthorpe Road and so on.
I have been in touch with the Highways department about the state of the carriage way in all these roads and will continue to put the pressure on until they are done. (I hope others may do the same.)
