THERE IS LIGHT AT THE END OF THE TUNNEL FOR MANY OSCOTT RESIDENTS.

At today's Oscott Ward Committee Amey the contractor hired by the Birmingham City Council to maintain the streets in Birmingham informed the meeting all substandard street lights in Oscott will be replaced by the 31st of May 2015. In fact Oscott will be the first ward in the Perry Barr Constituency to have all its roads up to a modern standard street light wise.
Both Councillor Barbara Dring and I welcome this news and will be monitoring the progress of this initiative. WE WILL ALSO TRY AND GET AS MANY ROADS AS POSSIBLE DONE EVEN BEFORE THE DEAD LINE.
