Following a campaign by Oscott Councillors a few years ago the Aldridge Road Slip Road (near Burnham Road) was widened to allow better parking for those visiting the near by shops.
This has worked well but now more widening at this location needs to take place and more car parking spaces are needed.
Although I accept due to Government cuts in Council funding, money is tight, I am still requesting that this issue be looked at and that at some time in the future this work is carried out.
