THE QUESLETT NATURE RESERVE IS SAFE FROM DEVELOPERS

I have received a number of phone calls from Oscott residents concerned that the Queslett Nature Reserve may have been sold for development.
I would like to assure residents that this is not the case.
No bids for this land have been made (it would be very difficult to try and sell) and no planning applications have been made in connection to the reserve.
The land which is under threat of development is the land which includes the golf range and borders Booths Lane further down Booths Lane towards Sandy Lane. There appears to have been a mix up due to the use of the term Queslett Park?
This is private land and is already subject to a major planning application.
