Last week started badly when my phone when down. As usual I had to give up time when I could have been doing something useful to Wait for the BT Engineer to come and do his stuff.
This was followed by my computer going down, which meant waiting for the engineer who looks at that, to do his stuff. The hatrick came when the Broad band line to my computer went down (I am still waiting for this to be done) this means I have not only no Internet, but more important no e.mail. It now makes me realise how dependant I an becoming on IT and those engineers who do the work to keep it going.
