30MPH SIGNS NEEDED FOR KINGSTANDING ROAD

Although the Transportation department have agreed to the requests of residents, Councillor Barbara Dring and myself to install speed indicator signs, (now to go ahead in late May) there is still a need for 30MPH reminder (enforcement signs) on the Kingstanding Road.
The Kingstanding Road had become a 30MPH Zone (College Road to Kingstanding Circle) but unless you live locally it would be difficult to tell or know.
Apart from 2 enforcement  signs I had put in some year ago there is little to identify this road as being 30MPH. The Highway code is specific on the issue but given the circumstances and the change which has taken place with the support of the Police who's records indicate this is a problem, I am calling for better signage.
I am also calling for better signage generally for the Oscott area.
