Many thanks for all those who have let me have their views on the subject for and against.
I have passed on all these comments and concerns to the Cabinet member responsible who has taken note of them.
Do not stand back when it comes to filling out any consultation forms you may receive in the future as I have been informed all views will continue to be valued.
