Condition
of Carriageway – Thornbridge Avenue
Following my enquires on behalf of local residents, Amey's Resurfacing Team can now confirm that
Thornbridge Avenue is included in the current 5 Year Programme of Works for
carriageway resurfacing and is currently scheduled for works to be carried out
in May 2014.
Unfortunately Amey have informed me at the moment they cannot provide an exact date of when the works will be carried out however
prior to any works being completed, all councillors in Oscott and residents will be
notified and signage will be placed at either end of the road.
This is good news as my fellow Councillors have all been trying to get Amey to do this work for some time.
