LEAKING UNDERGROUND RECYCLING BANKS IN NEED OF REPAIR

It has come to my attention that the reason the underground recycling banks located at the junction of Old Oscott Hill and Oscott School Lane are constantly looking like they are full is because an under ground stream near by has managed to leak into them.
I have called for their repair and sealing as soon as possible and for more monitoring and collection of the  rubbish left next to them until repairs are carried out,
