Old Oscott Hill continues to have problems with speeding traffic. A numer of residents have complained to me about this problem over the year and I am continueing to put pressure on the Transportation department to come up with solutions.
Given along this road there is 3 schools I believe the Transportation department should introdue a 20mph zone along part of this road and I am continueing to put pressure on the Transportation department to consider this.
I am already encouraging the Police to keep this road monitored for speeding traffic by using the Community Speed Watch initiative their but more needs to be done.
