I met up with fellow Oscott Councillor Barbara Dring and Ashley from the Great Barr Observer yesterday to take a look again at the newly refurbished council properties 2 to 8 Oscott School Lane.
Since my last visit only the other day, 2 of the properties have been taken.
These 4 properties which were until recently a medical centre will be much sort after by local residents.
They have been fully refurbished and have 2 bedrooms each.
