NEW SIGNS FOR THE ALDRIDGE RECREATION GROUND

It was good to be out and about with others member of the Friends of the Queslett Nature Reserve Environmental Group today. ( they also help look after other open spaces like the Aldridge Road recreation ground)
We have been busy putting up ( with the agreement of the Parks department) No Fly tipping litter and No dog fouling signs.
The Friends of the Queslett Nature Reserve work closely with the Oscott Neighbourhood Police initiative and have donated funding for these signs.
We hope they will act as a reminder to any one with litter or a dog who use the site.
It is also hoped that new litter bins will be installed on the site in the coming weeks.
