It is always a pleasure to be asked to attend the Oscott Elderly residents Christmas " do". They arrange a lovely turkey dinner with all the extras.
Club members (including myself) help to pay for the meal by fund raising and raffle's. Maureen Byrne and her helpers do a wonderful job raising money all year around.
It was also great to see Councillors Barbara Dring and Tristan Chatfield there helping to keep the fun going.
