Scores of new trees have been and are being planted in Oscott this year. Given the vagaries of our weather rain one week and draught the next I would ask residents to watch out for these new trees.
If we do have a period this summer / autumn where we do have little rains please consider using a bucket of water to help keep new trees from drying out and dying.
It only tales a minute or 2 once in a while to water a new tree and it could make all the difference.
