Counciillor Barbara Dring with the unanimous backing of the local police and myself has found an extra pot of funding (2k) which is being made available by the Police, for youth inititiatives across the city.
This 2k which is part of a bigger pot of money for the Oscott area (won in competition from across the city) will be given to the 610 Community Centre to help fund activities for young people.
I know youngsters in the Oscott area will make good use of this money.
