Those who use the 997 bus on a regular basis at late peak time will know how frustrating the Shady Lane pinch point can be. There are times for example when buses and other vehicles struggle to get through Shady Lane due to double parking.
If that is not bad enough the Shady Lane / Aldridge Road junction can at times be difficult to use despite the keep clear marking I had laid down some years ago.
I am now calling on the Transportation department and the Police to look at this issue and try and come up with solutions.
