I understand that plans are about to be drawn up for a new 10 million pound Civic Centre for Sutton Coldfield. If this is the case all I can say is it is all right for some.
I am sure the residents of Oscott could think of better uses for the money.
(Please don't ring me with suggestions on this occasion as the chances of Oscott getting any reasonable amount of money from this Council are slim to none existent.)
