Oscott residents may be interested to know Viridian Housing have one bed flats
available in their Retirement Housing Scheme - Servite House on Old
Oscott Hill, Kingstanding.
The
scheme consists of 37 flats; single and double one bed flats and a number
of studio flats. They have a communal lounge and kitchen and well kept
gardens.
There is a communal laundry and a Guest Room
for visitors to stay in.
There is a Scheme Manager on site 8.30 to 4.30p.m.
Monday to Friday, who encourages and supports independent living.
They
welcome applications from Over 55’s.
I
pop in to meet residents at the complex from time to time to discuss issues
that concern them. I can only speak as I find but there is always a relaxed atmosphere when I go there.
